The figure below shows the directory structure of the CCLM chain simulation. By default the $SCRATCH directory will be totally removed after job completionThe directories written in slanted format are environment variable names. The parent archive input and output directories have to be defined directories in red can be set by the user in the file job_settings file. By default everything under the $SCRATCH directory (and the $SCRATCH directory itself) will be totally removed after job completion.
