The figure The figure below shows the directory structure of the CCLM chain simulation. By default SPICE simulation. The directories written in slanted format are environment variable names. The parent directories inredcan be set by the user in thejob_settings file. By default everything under the $SCRATCH directory (and the $SCRATCH directory itself) will be totally removed after job completion. The parent archive input and output directories have to be defined by the user in the file job_settings.
