Install eva-suite

Install the add-on eva-suite like so:

$ cd ${SPDIR}/configure_scripts $ ./config.sh -a eva-suite

This will create the directories ${SPDIR}/chain/gcm2icon/sp001_eva-suite  including the basic scripts in the directory scripts and the directory scripts_eva-suite containing the the settings eva-suite_settings and the run script eva-suite.job.sh. 

Edit the file eva-suite_settings. The meanings for the environment variables are listed here.
