CMORizing

For publication of historical and scenario simulations within CORDEX the standardised CMOR format is mandatory. For COSMO-CLM output the tool CCLM2CMOR has been developed to convert COSMO-CLM output into CMOR format. There are two important settings you have to perform:

• In job_settings  set the appropriate time series output format ITYPE_TS=2 or 3 .

• In control_cmor.ini of CCLM2CMOR set the path to the yearly time series directory, e.g. DirIn=${SPDIR}/chain/work/cmor1/post/yearly/

After adding other appropriate  settings in control_cmor.ini and the .csv file as described in the CCLM2CMOR documentation you can run the script run_cmor.sh.
