Prolongue a finished simulation

This may only work for ITYPE_TS=1

In case you want to run an already finished simulation for a couple of months or years longer proceed as follows:

1. Re-create missing directories

In your experiment directory run

./subchain create

2. Set the new end date

In job_settings set the new end date in YDATE_STOP_ISO.

3. Start the simulation by getting the next boundary data

./subchain prep
